These high school sweethearts have the sweetest love that endures any distance.

When Aubrey asked me if Brody could change into his uniform doing our session I was thrilled. I love to add in any details that help to tell a couples story. This detail was huge and needed to be captured. I hope that one day they will look back on these photos while telling their grandchildren about the days when grandpa was in the marines.

There is something to be said about the love between a military couple, it endures the distance, deployments and sacrifice to serve the country. This darling couple is stationed on the east coast but will marry in Duluth next spring.

During our session Brody spun Aubrey around, pulled her in close and they held on to each other so in love. We walked along Lake Superior to give their photos the beach vibe to remind them both of the time they were stationed close to the beach. Lake Superior is a long way from the ocean but it has the same feel, right Duluthians?
