Last weekend I drove down to Inver Grove Heights to wrap up my fall wedding season just a few days before we closed on our new home. Sound totally crazy? Maybe. But on wedding days I get lost, lost in the couple’s story, the details, the decor and documenting the day to perfection. So in the midst of my busy home life, I couldn’t wait to meet Amanda and Corey, get lost in their love story and document it exactly as they imagined.

Walking into the bridal suite I dropped my bags and gave Amanda a huge hug. We had never met before but I felt like I already knew her from months of planning. She is exactly how you might imagine looking at these photos, incredibly joyful and so kind. After meeting Corey on the bridge, I just knew these two were made for each other. They were both overjoyed to be married and so incredibly grateful to all of those who made it possible.

Everyone had made their speeches and the microphone was handed over to Corey. He thanked everyone for coming and then he thanked his wife. He thanked her for being so wonderful and loving him in a way that no one else can. When he was finished he raised his glass and toasted to the new Mrs. Milbrandt!

Amanda and Corey, I loved every minute with you. Thank you for inviting me to get lost in your love story and capture your day! I’m SO excited for you to see all of your photos but for now here are a few favorites!
