Beach life is the best life. I live for the salty air, sand and sunshine. Thankfully my mini loves the beach just as much.

Yesterday we spent the afternoon soaking in some rays, riding the wavs and eating ice cream. I helped Deegan and his new friend build a sand castle that they stepped on when I turned my back. (Does every parent know this feeling? trying to be cool but totally not?!) Anyway, I won Deegan over with some ice cream and dad took him out into the ocean to ride the waves which he absolutely loved!

We decided to head back home early because as you may know the spring breakers are in town and I’d rather not have my son witness those shenanigans. I was reflecting back on my college years and started to wonder how the heck I did it.. and how did I survive that?! Glad those years are over. I’d much rather play legos and watch Disney movies with my mini.
