Hey friends!

So I told myself at the beginning of the year that I would start to blog more. Not just for business but more as a journal for my family to look back on and of course keep my mother updated from states away! (Hi mom!) So I am going to start blogging our family adventures again along with photo shoots and lifestyle blogs.

Two weeks ago we took a family trip down to Florida. It’s our fourth year going as a family so it’s beginning to feel more like a home away from home. The giraffe you see right above this, he’s the hungry one of the bunch and I’m beginning to feel like were on a first name basis because we’ve fed him so much. Seriously though, if you’re in the SWFL area, head over to the Naples Zoo and feed the giraffes! They are so incredible up close!

This time around we hung out by the pool in Paseo which is always relaxing and it’s so much fun catching up with the neighbors we haven’t seen all summer. (Hi Amy!) A friend of my fiance’s joined us on vacation so we brought him on the airboat rides in the Everglades and of course stopped by Fort Myers beach where we introduced him to the famous Rum Runners at the Lani Kai. While Austin was introducing himself to the ladies at the beach bar, Billy watched while Deegan and I joined a water balloon which went pretty well for being the youngest participants. (Good Job Deegan!) We dug holes in the sand, attempted a sand castle and cheered on the people down the beach who built one that looked just like a castle.
